Aspiring Minds conducts Computer based Employability Assessment Tests ( AMCAT )for our final year students. AMCAT - Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test is authorised by various companies such as HCL Technologies, Mphasis, Evalueserve, Ericsson, Sapient, Tavant Technologies, ITrust, Microsoft Research, Magic Software etc.,
This AMCAT will helps the students to know there status by self assessment and also to get employment in top MNCs. After taking this test some of our final year students have got jobs in various companies like Mphasis – an HP Company, HCL Technolgies etc., The test consists of English, Quantitative ability, Logical Ability and Technical Knowledge.
AMCAT: Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test is a multi dimensional assessment and feedback platform with dynamic and personalized content providing accurate assessment for employability in various industry sectors and job profiles. It is a computer adaptive test, such that it becomes hard for the smart student and easy for the not so smart student, providing accurate ability measurement.

Axiom Academy is one of the biggest company provides valuable placement training to the students. In our college through our placement and Training Centre skill development training is provided to the final year students.
The 36 hour training is given to the students consists of
Logical Reasoning – 9 hrs
Verbal English – 6 hrs
Quantitative Aptitude – 9 hrs
Data Interpretation – 6 hrs
Data Sufficiency – 6 hrs
And also 50 online tests for each student consists of top MNCs questions is provided to all the students through our college website by issuing separate user id and password to each student. This may help the students to take online tests from any internet centre at any time to their convenient.
Our placement and Training Centre understood that this training will help the students in lot for getting employment since this aptitude training will be continued to all the students in the upcoming years.
TIME INSTITUTE
Communication Skills is the major criteria that decide the student’s employment. The communication skills will be given more important to the students from the first year itself by our Placement and Training Centre.
